One tip has a small line across the facet at one of the nodes but it appears to be glued down and is sealed by the overcoat as I cannot get it to move when flexed (if it had movement that might indicate a structural problem)

Murray Stewart Model 300 Salmon Reel 11' The agate lineguard is excellentA very nice Murray Stewart model 300 salmon reel, 3 3 4" diameter with an approximate 1 3 8" spool width. Set up for LHW. It weighs 13. 7 ounces on my scale. Mr. Stewart makes these bench made reels out of Glasgow Scotland and they are done in the classic S handle tradition with a Bogdan inspired drag system. Near mint condition with just a few small traces of rash on the rims, though it is minor indeed. The reel could not have been fished much. Clear
