Lavinia of the Tenth Dragons Maze doesnt have a good reputation, and there are several reasons for this
One of the best arguments for this type of deck is its incredibly flexible series of win conditions
The thing that makes it a weaker entry is the fact that (unlike many of the other decks on this list) it doesnt actually contain many competitively viable cards
