While generally speaking it's still expensive cards that are counterfeited, some of the printing operations allow you to quite literally order any card you want, and they will print it for you, so no cardhologrammed, foiled, or normal, or cheap or expensiveis 100% safe from being counterfeited
For that reason, Cathar Commando will always be my number one baddie for dealing with disenchantable permanents
