I totally remember old Su-Chi so this is nice

Generally, the older and more scarce a Pokmon set is, the more valuable it is

That scarcity pushes prices into a tier few collectors ever touch

Without the need to waste card slots on land and the ability to cast occasional worthwhile spells you could put a lot of old school decks under tremendous pressure as they were stuck with lands and removal that didn't impact the game
