Disney Lorcana may be the newest of the big trading card games, but it has a dedicated fanbase of collectors who will pay a princess' ransom to get their hands on the most coveted cards
Noctis, Prince of Lucis Ive never played Final Fantasy XV, so Im not familiar with Noctis
Im not sure if Id jump through too many hoops to try to break this card, but in any deck where youre running enough pinpoint removal to destroy a creature, or sacrifice outlets to kill your own creatures, this might be worth a slot, especially if youre also running token synergies too, like Chatterfang, Squirrel General or Grismold, the Dreadsower
The boost it provides is significant, and with eight Cartouches in your deck its very easy to rebuy it over and over until your opponent is dead
Thanks to Commander Legends including a reprint of Rings of Brighthearth at rare, its now much more accessible and affordable for all
Spells like Preordain and Foresee help to make sure that the top of your deck is the card that you'll need
