80's Turquoise Raincoat xxl blouse With a long skirtA shimmery turquoise nylon polyester blend raincoat with a water resistant rubber undercoating. It features an optional button on hood, stand up collar, side slash pockets, button tab cuffs, below the knee length, and quilting on the padded shoulders. No manufacturer's label; only washing instructions, fabric content and country of origin. It measures 38" around the bust, the shoulders are 14" across, the sleeves are 22" and the length is 44".
